Digital Greenbacks

Our Treasury used to issue and manage our national currency - the ‘Greenback’ Dollar instituted amid the Civil War crisis. Today we face a comparable crisis, and Treasury must issue and manage a digital Greenback. Only Treasury has the architecture to get digital wallets to all before summer.
