Spread The Fed

In the absence of leadership from our central government, our central bank is now stepping up to the plate. Optimization of its new lending facilities, however, will require that it decentralize their administration. We need a Re-‘Distributed Fed’ like the one the Fed’s founders envisaged in 1913.
